We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful parkland setting, surrounded by stunning gardens. The location near the river was perfect and we were just a short distance from the city centre of a famous university town. The room was comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The service from the friendly staff was excellent and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the free hot drinks available in the sitting room.

The bar area was a bit studenty and the bar meals were average.

We had a great stay at this university-owned hall. The location was convenient, with easy parking and beautiful grounds. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, including a mini-fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was well-catered with a stunning view from the breakfast room. The peaceful atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and exploring the area.

The peaceful setting of this retreat was a great escape from the city. I loved being able to wander the grounds and enjoy the sunny weather. the beautiful surroundings and well-tended gardens provided a stunning backdrop for a relaxing stay. the breakfasts in the banqueting hall were a treat, and it was a great start to the day. Plus, the availability of taxis made it convenient to explore the area.

Transportation was a bit of a hassle without a car. It was quite a walk to the bus stop and then a lengthy bus ride into the city center.

The parking was ample and convenient, and I was thrilled to find out that the hotel was so close to the city centre, making it easy for me to explore this charming city on foot. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance of the pub in the village at the end of the drive was an added bonus. The breakfast served in the grand dining hall was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Accommodation clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and a good-sized room. Breakfast options varied and plentiful, including hot and cold choices. Staff friendly and helpful, with ample parking available. Tranquil surroundings and beautiful gardens to relax in.

This hotel is situated in the most beautifully kept gardens which we had a good explore of. The stunning views of the gardens from the rooms were a real treat. The rooms themselves were comfortable with a walk-in shower and a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the option to dine or have a drink in the bar, where the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices, and we appreciated the use of locally sourced quality ingredients.

Amazing location just a short drive away from Cambridge city. The building and surroundings were beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable with fresh, clean linen and a cozy bed. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The staff, especially Daniel from reception, were friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
